TERMINATION OF WORK ARRANGEMENT:

All families have an initial 2 week trial period – if the applicant or the family feel that this placement is incorrect, is most important that you inform this agency as soon as possible so that the family will not incur any expense. If at any time after this period you feel you have difficulties that cannot be resolved, you should inform the agency so that we can obtain an objective picture from both sides.
It is normal for Nannies, Mother’s Helps, Carers to give or receive one month’s notice, but for serious reasons only the arrangements can be terminated without notice. Our representatives are always happy to help our Nannies and Carers to find a new family and to offer the families a replacement applicant.
