• We will fax, email or post to you photos and copies of the applicant's details so that you may make a careful and informed decision.
• You will only confirm if you are entirely happy with this applicant. Should you not feel comfortable with this choice, we will restart the process until you are entirely satisfied with your choice.
• Once you have selected an applicant, we will guide you through the process of confirming.
• We offer an ongoing support service throughout the time your chosen applicant is with your family.
