Quickhelp Agency was founded in 1975 by Norma Cutner who runs the Au Pair agency with trained and experienced associates.

Our Policy is to carefully match families and applicants to suit both parties. Our expertise and experience means we have a very high success rate, with many families returning to us year after year.

In the UK, our care service is provided to both applicants and families should either party not be satisfied.

• Our experienced assistants will advise you according to your needs and initially propose a suitable possible Au Pair.
• We will suggest that your initial contact with the applicant is made by telephone and you will be able, during this call, to assess the applicant's language and communications skills.
• We will fax, email or post to you photos and copies of the applicant's details so that you may make a careful and informed decision.
• You will only confirm if you are entirely happy with this applicant. Should you not feel comfortable with this choice, we will restart the process until you are entirely satisfied with your choice.
• Once you have selected an applicant, we will guide you through the process of confirming.
• We offer an ongoing support service throughout the time your chosen Au Pair is with your family.
